Here you will find all information about your arrival and departure dates.
- Arrival and key handover
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. Earlier check-in is only possible by prior arrangement by telephone.
Your keys are stored in a key safe. The key safe is opened with a code. You will receive further information and the code by email shortly before your arrival.
- Cleanliness and cleaning
Your holiday home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. If something is not right, please let us know so that we can quickly rectify it.
- Departure, final cleaning and key return
Check-out must be by 10am.
We would like to ask you to leave the holiday property in a tidy condition. The following areas are not part of the final cleaning and must be taken care of by the tenant before departure:
- Empty and wipe out the refrigerator
- Empty the coffee machine container (water tank and coffee grounds)
- Put the dishes back in their place clean and dry, empty the dishwasher
- Dispose of your remaining food (including from the freezer)
- Clean the oven, coffee machine, toaster and grill (if used)
- Store cushions in the house and place the parasol in the corner of the terrace under the balcony.
- Switch off electrical appliances (except refrigerator)
- Empty trash can (kitchen/bathroom)
- Turn back all radiator thermostats
- Remove the bed linen and place it in the bath with the towels
- Please check that all doors and windows are closed. Lock the front door and put the front door keys back in the key safe.
