      • Cleaning during your stay is your responsibility. (Cleaning supplies are in the basement, feel free to use them.)<\/li>
      • Initial supply of kitchen and bathroom items available.<\/li>
      • Smoking is prohibited in the house \u2013 please use the terrace or garden. Please use the provided ashtrays.<\/li>
      • Ventilate regularly, but do not open roof windows:<\/li><\/ul>

        The Velux roof windows in the two bedrooms cannot be opened due to the lack of a roof overhang. Rain will cause water damage in the room. Please only use the balcony doors for ventilation.<\/strong><\/p>

        • Pay attention to children \u2013 no liability in case of accidents.<\/li>
